Following Busiro and Kabula’s impressive away victories on Saturday, the spotlight shifts to Sunday’s clashes at 4:00PM. Ssingo and Buluuli will be hoping to extended their good form from the first round of the 2024 Masaza Cup.
Buluuli Hosts Bugerere in Fiesty Bulange group Encounter
Buluuli, riding high on a five-match unbeaten streak, aim to extend their dominance at home against Bugerere. The 2011 champions have collected an impressive 11 points from a possible 15 in the first round and will be confident of securing another win at Kakooge Stadium.
In the first leg played at Ntenjeru, Buluuli through Robert Ssewanyana’s goal managed to beat Bugerere. The visitors will hope to disrupt the hosts’ rhythm with the return of key players Dan Kazibwe, Sulaiman Ssentongo, and Henry Wamala from injury.
In other matches of the group, defending champions Bulemeezi will host Buddu, while Kyadondo takes on a troubled Butambala Ssaza.
Ssingo Seek to Maintain Perfect Home Record in Muganzirwaza group
Meanwhile, high-flying Ssingo look to maintain their flawless home record as they face Mawogola. In the first round, the two teams drew 0-0 in Mawogo.
Ssingo will be returning to Mityana Ssaza ground where they have so far played and won 2 games, humbling Gomba 4-0 and defeating Kyaggwe 2-0.
