The Federation of East Africa Schools Sports Associations (FEASSA) is gearing up for the 21st edition of its highly anticipated games, set to kick off on Saturday, August 17th, 2024.

Uganda, as the host nation, will welcome student athletes from across the region to Bukedea district, with Bukedea Comprehensive and Amus College taking center stage as the main host schools.

This year’s games promise an exciting display of athletic prowess, featuring a diverse menu of 11 sports including football, Rugby 15s and 7s, Badminton, Basketball 5 and 3, Volleyball, Table tennis, Lawn Tennis, Handball and Hockey.

As the host nation, Uganda boasts the largest contingent with approximately 60 teams participating across various disciplines. They’ll be looking to secure their fourth consecutive overall championship title.

Uganda is the most represented country with around 60 teams to participate in different sports as the host nation seeking to defend the overall tittle for the fourth time.

Each discipline shall be played on both genders as teams got grouped as per sports discipline in the draws held at USSSA offices located at Old Kampala with President Emeritus, Patrick Okanya, overseeing the drawing process.
