Jamus SC have once again turned to Uganda for reinforcements, strengthening their right flank with the signing of George Geriga Atendele.

The South Sudanese giants have unveiled the experienced right back on a two year deal, making him their sixth acquisition from Uganda and further underlining their confidence in Ugandan talent.

Atendele joins from Uganda Premier League side NEC FC, with Jamus confirming the move through their official channels.

The club described the signing as a deliberate step to add pace, experience and depth to their defence.

Highly rated as one of Uganda’s most promising full-backs in recent seasons, Atendele offers more than defensive cover.

He is known for his energy, technical ability and attacking intent, often providing width and creating chances from the flanks.

His career has been built on steady growth, with spells at Arua Hill SC, Onduparaka FC and Wakiso Giants FC before his move to NEC FC, where he continued to impress with consistent performances.

At Jamus, Atendele joins a familiar group of countrymen including Hassan Wasswa Dazo, Ezra Bida, Richard Anyama, Rashid Anyama and Jude Ssemugabi.

His addition not only boosts the squad defensively but also strengthens the team’s cohesion as Jamus continue to build around trusted Ugandan quality.
