Bulls captain Geoffrey Kakaire stole the spotlight again on matchday two of the Batball X tournament at Jinja SS Cricket Oval.
After an unbeaten 51 yesterday, Kakaire followed up with a commanding 58 off 39 balls, hitting three fours and three sixes.
His confident footwork and sharp timing set the tone, guiding the Bulls to 97 without loss in their 10 overs.
Dan Keith Amani added a steady 31 off 21 balls, but it was Kakaire’s masterful stroke play that captivated the crowd. His calm and decisive leadership helped the Bulls dominate throughout.
Bulls’ bowlers then kept the pressure, restricting the Rhinos and sealing a comfortable 24-run win.

Kakaire’s back to back half centuries make him the tournament’s top scorer with 127 runs.
Elsewhere, The Leopards maintained their unbeaten run, narrowly defeating the Elephants by nine runs, while the Bulls overcame the Rhinos by 24 runs, the Leopards also bested the Rhinos by nine wickets, and the Elephants secured an eight-wicket win over the Bulls.

They remain top of the standings, while the Bulls rise to second, powered by Kakaire’s brilliance.
