The betPawa Futsal Super League returns today with a matchday 14 featuring three key fixtures at the Old Kampala Futsal Arena.
The action kicks off at 7:00 PM with a high-stakes clash between in-form FC Luzira and Kampala Junior Team. Luzira, fresh off a dominant 12-2 win over Edgars Youth Programme, will be looking to close the gap on table leaders Park FC to 2 points.
Kampala Junior Team, on the other hand, will be aiming to cause an upset after securing a narrow 2-0 victory over Kabowa Dream Team FC in their last match.
Following Luzira’s match, all eyes will be on the 8:00 PM encounter between Park FC and Edgars Youth Programme. Park FC, boasting an unbeaten run, fresh from a 3-1 win over Aidenal FC will be determined to extend their lead at the top of the table.
Edgars Youth Programme, however, will be seeking redemption after a heavy defeat to Luzira in their last outing. Park FC previously dominated this matchup with a convincing 5-0 win, and they’ll be hoping to replicate that performance.
The night concludes with a potentially intense clash between Mengo City FC and Kisugu FC at 9:00 PM.
Coming into this game, Mengo City FC displayed a fighting spirit coming from behind to defeat Nansana Aska 3-2, while Kisugu FC fought hard to edge out Lubaga Grameen 9-7.
Both teams share the same number of points (20) and a victory for any of them will take them to 5th position ahead of Nansana Aska
