Buddu on verge of signing Busiro midfielder

The 2022 Masaza Cup finalists Buddu are in the final stages of signing Busiro midfielder Joel Sserunjogi

The three-time champions have shifted focus on winning this year’s title and now they have agreed terms with Busiro’s Joel Sserunjogi

Kajjansi United and Busiro midfielder is expected to put a pen on a two-year contract and join Buddu ahead of the 2023 Masaza Cup tournament.

Buudu has already confirmed the signing of former Busiro head coach Simon Peter Mugerwa who helped Busiro to win their maiden title last edition beating Buddu 2-1 at Wankulukuku.

Joel Sserunjogi had a wonderful maiden tournament last edition and he was one of the outstanding players for Busiro.

It’s also understood that Buddu is in negotiations to sign Busiro’s forward Lawrence Kambugu.

Buddu was pitted in Masengere Group alongside Buwekula, Kyaggwe, Kyadondo, Buluuli and Kooki in this year’s edition.
