BUL FC have completed the signing of Uganda Cranes striker Joel Madondo, the club has confirmed.
The 2019 Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup winner has penned down a two-year contract with the Jinja-based side, who finished seventh in the Uganda Premier League last season.
Madondo, who was a key pillar in Gaddafi FC‘s promotion to the top flight in 2021, joins BUL FC from Army FC, where he had a short spell earlier this year.
The former Wydad Casablanca forward is also remembered for helping Jinja S.S win the 2017 Copa Coca Cola tournament.
BUL FC are looking to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2023/24 season and Madondo’s arrival is a major coup for the club.
The club is also set to unveil Abbey Kikomeko as their new head coach.
Madondo has also previous played for Busoga United and Trust FC.
