Startimes Uganda Premier League side Busoga United have appointed former Lady Doves coach Jessy Lukoki as their new head coach.

According to our reliable sources, the club finalized the agreement of personal terms with Lukoki on Friday 8th March, 2024 and comes as the replacement for Peter Onen who left the club a few days ago.

The tactician will now be in charge of the club until the end of the current season. Busoga United will visit UPDF FC in Bombo on Saturday 09th March, 2024 as they hunt maximum points.

Lukoki’s immediate task will be to save the club from relegation. Busoga United are currently 14th on the table with 16 points and a win over the army side may help them jump from relegation places if Gaddafi FC lose their fixture against NEC FC.

The tactician has previously managed FUFA Women Super League side Lady Doves and Eastern Region side Admin FC.
