CAF Champions League | Preliminary Round 2 | Second Leg | (Agg 2-1)

  • Power Dynamos Vs Vipers – Ndola, Zambia

Vipers SC have named a 22-man squad for their decisive CAF Champions League return leg against Zambia’s Power Dynamos this Friday at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

The Venoms head to Zambia with a tough task after losing 2-1 at home in the first leg at St Mary’s Stadium, where Yunus Sentamu’s goal wasn’t enough. They now need at least a 2-0 win to advance to the group stage.

Team will be without suspended defender Kevin Bady Daslyvia, forcing a likely defensive reshuffle with Rogers Torach and Hillary Mukundane set to pair at the heart of defense.

Defender Grant Matsiko, midfielder Moses Waiswa, and striker Kenneth Kimera have been left out of the travelling squad.

Despite the setbacks, Vipers remain optimistic, counting on captain Milton Karisa, playmaker Allan Okello, and forward Yunus Sentamu to inspire a turnaround.
