In a now distant exchange kind of game, former Namuwongo Blazers star Joseph Chuma and Emmanuel Okumu are among the Five players City Oilers signed to boost their 2025 National Basketball League.

With sights set on their 11th consecutive title, they will battle it out with some of those names that helped them win those titles on the other sides like Jimmy Enabu, James Okello and Tonny Drilleba who will feature for Namuwongo.

Other names on the five-man list are Germaine Roebuck Jr who has featured for the Oilers before at the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
