Oilers started strong with a 19-05 first quarter before Dynamo wrestled the game back with a strong 19-12 second quarter to cut the deficit to just seven at the half.

Despite a solid start to the third quarter, the Oilers were simply always able to pull away from the resurgent Dynamo, eventually winning 72-61.

Robinson Opong led all game scorers with 17 points, with Dane Miller being the only Oilers starter not registering double-digit points.

Titus Odeke got hot in the second half and recorded 14 points, plus 4 rebounds, while facilitator Parrish Petty got himself 14 points and 6 rebounds.

Germaine Roebuck had 13 points, but the Oilers didn’t need much off the bench, with the bench contributing only 5 points.
