Uganda will return to Tunisia for the games, hoping to better their record from 2022, where they ended the tournament ranked fourth.

The National 7s team reached the semifinals of the Africa Women’s 7s in Tunisia – famously winning 10-07 against noisy neighbours, Kenya.
