With FUFA’s thought of a game changing football format being demonstrated at the Kampala Region 3rd Division League, major controversy ensues as rules are dragged out to settle the top half finish at the end of the first round.
Words from some Kampala 3rd division league clubs, who chose to remain anonymous, claim that these rules were introduced in contention after the league’s first round.
They further noticed that the league standings have been in consideration of points and goal difference since the beginning of the league, but now the Regional association is bringing in points and the head to head rule to decide the standings.
