On the opening day of the Buganda Schools Football Championship taking place at Kawanda SS, the duo was key instruments for Kyadondo SS while humbling Buziga Islamic and Lake View Kitinda with four goals in each game with Lake View being the only team to respond with a goal.
During the wins, Edema showed Ngolo Kante attributes though idolises Paul Pogba while Tidhom idolises Thomas Party and at times dedicated his time on the pitch as a box-to-box midfielder.
The two pointed out playing football as a key factor which gives them an IQ in finding methods which help them to get mathematical calculations done.,
“Playing football makes our brain sharp, we have to think fast and even in class at times we may be picking up faster than our colleagues who are always in class. Football and Mathematics are the same because both are based on finding solutions in a little moment,” Edema said.
