Express–Calvary tie moved, UPL announces new date

Uganda Premier League has pushed the matchday nine meeting between Express FC and Calvary FC to Thursday, December 4, after Express requested more time because Hamz Stadium, Nakivubo is undergoing improvements.

The game was initially slated for Wednesday, December 3, but Express informed the league secretariat that their home ground would not be available. 

In its statement, the UPL confirmed the new date and noted that the fixture will not be on the broadcast schedule. 

Match officials have also been directed to include a mandatory water break.

Express sits 12th on the log with nine points from eight games, while Calvary remains bottom with just one point from seven matches.
