FIFA High Performance Specialist Chibsah pays courtesy visit to FUFA

FIFA High Performance Specialist Abdul Faisal Chibsah has paid an official visit to the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA).

During his visit, Chibsah was received by FUFA Football Development Director Bashir Mutyaba and FUFA CEO Edgar Watson, before holding an exclusive, yet official, dialogue with FUFA President Hon. Magogo Moses Hassim.

The onsite visit is part of a strategic mission to advance discussions on the implementation of the FIFA Talent Development Scheme (TDS).

The engagement seeks to align Uganda’s football structures with TDS requirements, review existing player development pathways, and establish collaborative frameworks to enhance talent identification and growth across all levels of the game.

The project takes a new turn from the FIFA Forward Program, which, as asserted by the International Football governing Body, is aimed at aiding different Member Associations in talent identification and offering the deserved training program to ensure the smooth growth of football talents.

For starters the project undergoing different Survey as it will be inserted full in 2027 after enough theory from the studies.
