Nansana Aska returns to action in the early kickoff against Kabowa Dream Team on Friday, November 14 at Old Kampala Futsal Arena.
In the game scheduled to kick off at 17hrs, Aska is hoping to rely more on Muhammad Daule, who had a quad in their last outing against Edgar Youth Programme, which they won 6-4 two weeks back.
Meanwhile, Kabowa Dream Team will hope to be carried by Victor Kazibwe, who has been instrumental in their perfect start to the season, while their best player of last season, Carlos Kaddu, is yet to spark this time round.
Aska has won once and lost their opener 6-2 to Lubaga Grameen, while Kabowa has won twice in two outings, beating Edgars 4-3 and Kisenyi FC 3-2.
Kabowa, with a win, is aiming to go on top of the league, recalling their good start of last season when they topped the log for a while before Crown Lubiri and Park FC, but both eventually lost the title to Mengo City.
From starting with the Aska against Kabowa game in the men’s league, the evening will be spiced up with four more fixtures, with two in the women’s league as Lamansia Women’s will be taking on Mbarara QC Women’s at 18:00 hours, while Kisenyi FC Women’s will be against Mengo City Women’s at 19:00 hours.
Mengo City lost their opener to Mbarara QC; therefore, they will be out to seek a new start to the season, while Kisenyi FC will be seeking to build on their 3-2 win over Kabowa Dream Team Women’s.
Following the women’s league, the schedule shall return to the Men’s Super League, with Lubega Grameen facing Old Kampala Futsal Arena in the game second to the last game at 20:00 hours, while Lubiri Falcons will wrap up against Edgar’s Youth Programme at 21:00 hours.
