Futsal Super League (FSL) frenzy shifts into high gear as Mengo City and Old Kampala Futsal Club finally enter the spotlight in the boys’ category, adding fresh intensity to an already electrifying 2025/26 campaign.

After watching the opening round from the sidelines, both sides now step onto the court eager to stamp their authority.

Mengo City, who finished third in the Frenzy competition last season, will open their campaign against Entebbe Cheetahs, who showed fighting spirit despite a narrow 5–4 defeat to QC Mbarara last week.

It promises to be a high-tempo contest as Mengo City look to build on last season’s momentum against a Cheetahs side eager to bounce back.

Meanwhile, Old Kampala Futsal Club, making their debut in the Frenzy competition, will be tested against a young and talented QC Mbarara outfit that impressed in the opening round.

In the other boys’ game scheduled for Friday evening, Nansana ASKA, who shared the spoils in a 3–3 draw with defending champions Kisenyi FC, will take on an Edgars Youth Programme side that looked brilliant on the opening weekend after brushing aside Lubiri Falcons 4–2.

In the girls’ category, Old Kampala will also make its debut appearance, taking on Lubiri Falcons, with both sides set to play their first game of the season.

Elsewhere, Kabowa Dream Team, who were victorious last week, will tussle with Grameen, who suffered a 4–2 loss to Kisenyi FC, while Nansana ASKA will battle it out with QC Mbarara, rounding off a packed and exciting Frenzy matchday.
