FUFA Disciplinary Rulings: Suspensions, Replays, Point Deductions In Big League

The Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA) disciplinary committee has reviewed the disruption of the FUFA Big League match. 

In three cases conducted across three matches, the commission has imposed heavy penalties, including a fine of 500,000 per case.

In the case decided, involving the Nebbi Central match against Wakiso Giants which took place on September 15, Nebbi Central fans acted inappropriately during the football match.

The action resulted in the Nebbi Central team being deducted 2 points and 2 goals and fined 500,000 Ugandan shillings. After being docked points, Nebbi Central has moved from 9th place to 11th with 12 points and a 4-goal deficit.

In another case, the match between Onduparaka and Bunyaruguru, which was on September 29, will be rescheduled, though Onduparaka was fined 500,000 Ugandan shillings.

In the third case, Paidha Black Angels player Allan Mungumiya was banned for two matches, during which he was not allowed to participate in any way, and fined 500,000 Ugandan shillings for unauthorized misconduct towards officials when his team played Kataka FC on November 23.
