The FUFA Juniors League National Championship is heating up, with two exciting matches on the cards today on matchday three at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.

In the day’s highlight, second-placed BUL FC Junior Team will face third-placed Prosper Soccer Academy. A win for either side will topple table leaders Vipers SC Junior Team.

Both teams are currently on four points, and a win for either team would see them move to the top of the table.

BUL FC JT cruised to a 5-0 victory over Mbarara Sports Academy in their opening game, while Prosper Soccer Academy beat Friends of Soccer Academy 3-1.

The other game of the day will see winless Mbarara Sports Academy and Friends of Soccer Academy battle for redemption.

Both teams have lost their opening two games, and a win for either team would give them a much-needed boost.

It should be noted that a team that wins with two or more goals is awarded a bonus point.

The tournament is played on a round-robin format, with each team playing four games during the five match days.

The team with the most points at the end of the tournament will be crowned champions.
