On Sunday, July 27, in the FUFA TV Cup, Kibuli Secondary School took a first-leg advantage after beating Kololo SS 1-0 in the first leg of the Round of 32.
The goal was scored by Isaac Muwonge in the 88th minute of the game, just a few minutes after Muwonge came off the bench to replace Devis Nsubuga.
Kibuli SS, who eliminated Old Kampala in the last stage, again, the giant School is lighting up chances to progress to the next stage of the last 16.
To reach the next round, Kibuli SS just needs to stay in control of the advantage they gained at Kololo SS playground in Kololo, as the reverse fixture is scheduled for next weekend of August 2 and 3 at Kibuli SS play ground.
A total number of 16 games were played over the weekend at different venues; 24 goals were scored despite there was only three games that ended 0-0.
Like the return leg of Kibuli SS and Kololo SS, all the reverse fixtures shall be split over the weekend again at different venues, with the teams that played at home taking on visits against the same opponent.
