The 2022/23 Futsal Super League season kicked off at Old Kampala Futsal Arena on Saturday 17th June, 2023.
Last season’s champions KJT had a disappointing start as they collected only one point out of the possible six.
FC Yeak Kabowa frustrated the defending champions KJT beating them 5-0 in their first game on match day one.
In the second game, KJT carelessly bottled their 3-0 lead to draw 5-5 with Edgars Youth Program.
Yeak Kabowa had an excellent start as they won their two games defeating KJT 5-0 in the first game and 5-3 against Luzira FC in the second game.
Kisenyi FC also won their two games defeating Luzira FC 5-3 and edging Kabowa Dream Team 4-0 to collect maximum points.
Fans witnessed a total of forty Five (45) goals on match day.
