Futsal Super League, Uganda’s national Futsal competition is one of the three beneficiaries of the Federation of Uganda Football Association ( FUFA) partnership with BetPawa, a leading online sports betting site.
The partnership worth Shillings 1.18billion ( $320,000) was announced on Wednesday morning at the launch held at Fairway Hotel.
Futsal league will operate within a Shillings 74 million ($20,000) while the FUFA Big League and FUFA Drum will take $150,000 each.
Common goal for betPawa and FUFA
The Mchezo Africa Managing Director Ntoudi Mauyelo said this one-year renewable partnership is a special kind where all players stand to earn from it.
They will walk back to the locker room with money already on their phones.

As part of this sponsorship, all teams participating in the Futsal Super League will receive training and match day kits, plus there will be a Locker Room Bonus ( LRB) for all the winning teams.
In detail, this partnership ushers in the Locker Room Bonus which offers players fast and direct benefits from the game.
The winning players who make the squad list for that match will get cash tokens sent to their phones during and after the game. It will be 25% of the value of this partnership.
The other awards will include the MVP of the Season, Best Goalkeeper, Best Coach, Players of the Season, Most Assists, and Young Player of the Season.
