Kawempe Muslims and Kampala Queens open the 2025-2026 FUFA Women Super League with a 1-1 draw at Kawempe Muslims School valley park.
In the opening game of the season played on Friday, October 3, Aisha Nakivuuka scored the first goal of the season, putting Kawempe Muslims in the lead but later Kamiat Naigaga equalized for the visitors.
Nakibuuka’s goal came in the first half in the 40th minute, while Naigaga scored the equalizer in the second half with 58 minutes played in the game.
After the opening match between the league winners and second-place finishers, the league will kick off tomorrow, Saturday, October 4th, with five matches.
