  • Olila High School 0–2 St. Noa GFC
  • Makerere University WFC 0–0 She Corporate FC

  • Kampala Queens 2-0 Uganda Martyrs

Rines SS kept their momentum in the FUFA Women’s Super League with a hard-fought 1–0 win over She Maroons on Sunday at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium. And once again, it was Yasmeen Nalukwago who made the difference.

Just like on Matchday 6, the forward scored the only goal of the game, this time in a fixture that had to be shifted from morning to evening because of heavy morning rains.

The win, Rines’ second in a row, follows last weekend’s shock victory over Uganda Martyrs, also sealed by Nalukwago.

The Wakiso side now climbs to fourth place on 10 points from seven matches and looks to be finding its stride.

She Maroons, meanwhile, continue to struggle. Sunday’s defeat was their second straight after losing to Kawempe Muslim last week.

They remain seventh with eight points and will need a quick reset as tougher fixtures loom.

At Phillip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo, Kampala Queens delivered a confident display to beat Uganda Martyrs 2–0, thanks to a brilliant performance from Catherine Nagadya.

Catherine Nagadya after scoring against her former team.

The Queens earned an early penalty after Kamiyat Naigaga was fouled, and Nagadya calmly converted from the spot.

She struck again just before halftime with a composed finish, putting the game firmly in her team’s control.

Her brace earned her the Woman of the Match award as Kampala Queens tightened their title push. They remain second with 17 points, keeping pressure on the leaders.

Uganda Martyrs’ struggles continued, dropping to ninth with only five points from seven matches.

Kampala Queens return to action on Saturday, November 22, against She Maroons. Uganda Martyrs will host Olila High School on the same day as they look to bounce back.

With Rines SS on the rise, Kampala Queens chasing the summit, and She Maroons and Uganda Martyrs fighting for stability, the Women’s Super League race is heating up.
