As the FUFA Women’s Super League nears the end of its first round, the league will also wrap up its 2025 calendar year with six fixtures scheduled for this weekend, four of them in Kampala.

The matches are split between Saturday and Sunday, with four games on Saturday and two on Sunday.

After stunning league giants Kawempe Muslim Ladies with a 2–0 victory, Makerere University will host Asubo Ladies at the Makerere University Grounds.

Makerere University will look to build on that big win as they take on an Asubo side that remains winless after ten games.

Asubo Ladies come into the match after a heavy 4–0 defeat, which followed earlier losses to Kawempe Muslim Ladies and St. Noa Girls.

Across the city in Lugogo, Kampala Queens will be seeking to end a disappointing run of form when they host Lady Doves at Omondi Stadium on Saturday.

The defending champions have endured their worst spell in years, losing 2–0 to She Maroons and 3–2 to She Corporate before salvaging a draw against Amus College last Sunday.

With confidence low, Kampala Queens now face Lady Doves, a side that seems to have found its rhythm, highlighted by a recent 4–0 win over Rines. Lady Doves will hope to continue scoring freely, an area that has troubled them for much of the season.

Outside Kampala, but still nearby, Rines will host league leaders Kawempe Muslim Ladies at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium in Wakiso on Saturday.

Both teams are aiming to bounce back from last weekend’s losses.

The record champions, Kawempe Muslim Ladies, were stunned 2–0 by Makerere University, while Rines suffered a heavy 4–0 defeat away to Lady Doves in Masindi.

Far from the central region, the Eastern derby will take center stage as Olila High School hosts Amus College at the Olila High School playground in Soroti on Saturday.

On Sunday, two more fixtures will conclude the weekend action. St. Noa Girls will aim to recover from their 2–0 defeat to in form She Maroons, while She Maroons make a short trip to St. Gerald Lubaga to face Uganda Martyrs Lubaga.
