She Corporate FC stayed top of the FUFA Women Super League after a dramatic 2–1 comeback win over Lady Doves in Masindi on Saturday.
Lady Doves took an early lead through Resty Kobusobozi, but the Sharks hit back with determination.
Leticia Nakyeyune scored her first league goal to equalize before halftime, and in stoppage time, red-hot striker Jesca Namanda fired home the winner to seal all three points.
The victory keeps She Corporate unbeaten and leading the table with 13 points from five games, while Lady Doves remain winless and rooted near the bottom.
At the Valley Grounds, Kawempe Muslim Ladies continued their fine form with a 2–0 win over She Maroons in rainy conditions.
Teenage captain Agnes Nabukenya struck twice, first from the penalty spot, then with a stunning free kick to hand Kawempe a fourth straight win and extend their unbeaten run.
Meanwhile in Mbale, Amus College and Asubo Ladies battled to a goalless draw, stretching Asubo’s unbeaten streak to three matches.
