  • Kampala Queens 5-0 Olila H/S
  • Rines SS 1-1 St. Noa

The FUFA Women Super League delivered goals and relief on Sunday, as Uganda Martyrs finally claimed their first win of the season while Kampala Queens ran riot at Lugogo.

At Makerere Grounds, Uganda Martyrs finally broke their winless run, edging Makerere University WFC 1–0 thanks to Brenda Munyana’s decisive finish in a tense, physical encounter.

The victory lifted them to eighth place on five points, level with Makerere, who stay seventh on goal difference.

At the Phillip Omondi Stadium, Kampala Queens were unstoppable, crushing Olila 5–0 to keep pace in the title race.

Zaitun Namaganda, Kamiyat Naigaga, and Catherine Nagadya all struck before halftime, with Joanitah Ainembabazi adding a late brace to seal the rout.

Naigaga’s goal, her sixth in five games keeps her top of the scoring charts.

The result leaves Kampala Queens just two points behind joint leaders She Corporate and Kawempe Muslim, both on 13 points.

Olila, meanwhile, remain bottom with two points from five matches.

Elsewhere, Rines came from behind to draw 1–1 with newcomers St Noa at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.

Esther Babirye had put St Noa ahead, but Patricia Nanyanzi Nakato equalized from the spot to earn Rines a share of the spoils.

St Noa remain fourth on six points, while Rines sit ninth with four, still searching for their first win.
