Richard Sohera starred as Jinja SS beat Nyakasura School by 16 runs in the finals of the Sky View Boys Schools Cricket Week to lift the trophy.
Jinja SS batted first after winning the toss and managed to score only 118/10.
Their opening pair of Sohera and Hassan Bagaga together with Ronald Magezi who came on at no.3 were each dismissed with zero runs.

Pius Oloka recorded 47 runs for his team, but it was a wanting batting display from the side coached by Habib Mugalula.
However, thanks to their bowling attack, the side ended a seven year wait for this trophy.
Sohera failed with the bat on Saturday, but delivered with the ball. The spinner picked 4 wickets as he helped lead his side to glory.
Nyakasura had been decent in their chase especially in Power play, but once Sohera came into the attack, hopes of lifting this trophy started diminishing.
Sohera picked at least a wicket in each of his first three Overs. His display turned the game around and Jinja SS were able to win the trophy they last won in 2016.
While Jinja SS lifted the trophy, the individual awards went to players from different schools.
The Player of the tournament award went to Christopher Kidega from Kololo SS, the best bowler to Aziz Tandia also from Kololo while Teso College’s Jacob Malinga won the best batter award.
Geoffrey Kakaire and Naziruh Kiggwe both from Masaka SS won the best fielder and wicket-keeper awards respectively.
