It is the second time Jubilee Insurance is funding the team with the first coming last year and Uganda will be represented in all event categories, in Main race Male and Female, Family Fun Ride, Black Mamba, Para Cycling and Single Speed race.

In Black Mamba Dowson Ssenabulya finished second while Hassan Kiryowa was fifth in the u23 event.
