Uganda Premier League side NEC FC has appointed Kaddu Badru Mukasa as their new head coach, marking a new chapter for the Bugolobi-based club.
The announcement was made on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, through NEC’s official social media pages, confirming that Kaddu signed a three-year contract with the team.
“We are delighted to announce that Kaddu Badru Mukasa is joining the club as our head coach,” the club stated.
Kaddu joins NEC after leaving Express FC, bringing with him a reputation for tactical discipline and a strong winning mentality.
Calm but assertive on the touchline, he’s known for building resilient teams and developing young players.
His arrival comes shortly after NEC ended their two-year partnership with Hussein Mbalangu, whose tenure ended following disciplinary issues.
The change signals the club’s intent to reset its culture and refocus its ambitions.
Kaddu’s appointment is seen as a fresh start, a move aimed at restoring stability and driving NEC toward greater success.
