Kampala Queens FC complete the signing of Uganda Martyrs teenager

The FUFA Women’s Cup 2022/23 MVP Catherine Nagadya has completed her move to Kampala Queens FC.

As earlier reported that the teenager had agreed on terms to join the 2022/23 FUFA Women Super League Champions, Nagadya has finally joined the Queens of Soccer.

The 18-year-old forward has penned down a three-year contract to become a Kampala Queens FC player.

Catherine Nagadya scored 7 goals and registered 12 assists in the 2022/23 FUFA Women Super League.

She also guided Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC to their maiden FUFA Women’s Cup title in the game she scored the winning goal against She Maroons in Kumi.

The Queens of Soccer are set to unveil Catherine Nagadya who will become their Fifth official new signing.

Kampala Queens FC have already confirmed the signing of Fazila Ikwaput, Shakirah Nyinagahirwa, Hadijah Nandago and Samalie Nakacwa.

However, Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC were not notified and the transfer happened behind the curtains.

The team is strengthening their squad ahead of CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal qualifiers slated for August this year in Uganda.
