As the 52nd edition of the Uganda Cup is set to commence on the Regional level, Kampala Region Football Association has registered a raised number of participants from that they had in the last edition.
The number rose from 48 to 56, with the draws being conducted on Monday morning, December 1, with key figures in Kampala football including FUFA Competitions director Hajjat Aisha Nalule and Delegate Mansoor Kabugo available to witness and take part at some point.
In the draw, Kampala Regional League and some provincial teams were seeded against non-League, sixth, and fifth division league teams for the Preliminary round of 64.
