Newly appointed KCCA FC coach Abdullah Mubiru will make his debut at the helm when his side takes on Busoga United in the Uganda Premier League. The match will be played at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru in Buikwe district.
Mubiru, who replaced Sergio Traguil, is confident that his players will rise to the occasion.
“The response from the players is good,” he stated. “We have tried to instill character and we know that Busoga United will be looking to prove themselves. We want to see this team get to where it belongs.”

KCCA FC will be without suspended players Peter Magambo and Muhammad Shaban, but they will be looking to build on their recent 3-1 victory over Vipers.

Earlier in the season, they had a poor start, losing five games and drawing one.
For Busoga United, the match comes after losses to Soltilo Bright Stars and UPDF. They will be aiming to return to their winning ways.
Busoga United coach Vincent Lukyamuzi has warned his side to be prepared. “We want to make sure we live up to the task,” he noted. “We know we are playing a top side, but we have to minimize errors and be on top of our game.”
Elsewhere in the Uganda Premier League, Express will take on Maroons at Wankulukuku.

Express are unbeaten this season and will be looking to improve on their goalless draw against Wakiso Giants last week, while Maroons will be seeking to bounce back from their 1-0 defeat to NEC in their previous game.
Relegation-threatened Arua Hill will play hosts to UPDF FC at Paridi Stadium in Adjumani.
