KCCA FC’s winless streak continued on Tuesday, but they managed to pick up their first point of the season with a 1-1 draw against Arua Hill at Paridi Stadium in Adjumani.
Both teams came into the match struggling, with KCCA sitting at the bottom of the table and Arua Hill second from bottom.
Arua Hill took the lead in the 14th minute through Gadafi Wahab, but KCCA equalized through Fillbert Obenchan towards the end of the first half from a corner kick.
The draw was KCCA’s second game under new coach Jackson Magera, who replaced the sacked Sergio Traguil.
“We have improved but with time we shall be where we want to be. There is a lot we have to work on especially in defense and striking force,” said Magera.
