Kenya and Morocco are through to the quarterfinals of the African Nations Championship (CHAN), joining Tanzania and Madagascar to complete half of the last eight.
At Kasarani, Ryan Ogama delivered again for the Harambee Stars, striking midway through the second half in a 1-0 win over Zambia.
The forward collected a neat pass from Muchiri, spun onto his left, and fired past Kalumba to send the home crowd into celebration.
The goal, echoing his earlier strike against Morocco, secured top spot in Group A with 10 points and set up a quarterfinal clash with Madagascar back in Nairobi.
Morocco, meanwhile, eased past DR Congo 3-1 at Nyayo. Oussama Lamlioui scored twice, with Mohamed Hrimat adding a penalty after Japhte Kitambala’s equalizer.
The Atlas Lions, two-time CHAN winners, finished second in the group with nine points and will now face hosts Tanzania in Dar es Salaam.
