The Championship enters week six and will be flagged off by the derby at Legends Rugby Club between the Kampala Old Boys (KOBs) and the unbeaten Rhinos.
The yellow side of Legends has enjoyed a spotless start to their campaign, mastering five wins from five games, while the blue side is struggling for consistency with two losses to start their campaign, two wins and a draw from their most recent encounter.
The Rhinos will be looking to Ivan Kirabo to steer their team forth as he has done in the games before, if they are to conquer the KOBs and solidify their position amongst the top sides this year.
The Rhinos sit second in the standings with 20 points, one pont behind leaders Heathens (21 points), while the KOBs sit in 5th on 14 points.
On Saturday, it will be a battle of the Godless as the Barbarians host the Heathens at Abel Dhaira Stadium, with the latter looking to keep a stronghold of the top spot while the hosts need the win to put some daylight between themselves and the relegation zone.
The Makerere-based Impis are making the trip to Jinja to play the Hippos in a Giordano derby with hopes of rekindling their Uganda Cup luck and winning this to put themselves in a position that avoids the relegation battle.
The Jinja Hippos are buoyed by their recent performances against the Heathens and Pirates and need the win to keep in touch with the leading group.
Pirates will want to quickly forget their recent trip to Entebbe that ended in a loss and will need to exert maximum pressure on the Lifeguard Rams, who are the team in worst form.
Mongers will hope to continue their form against lowly placed Eagles while Buffaloes will use momentum from their hard-earned draw against the KOBs last week as fuel for their game against the Warriors this weekend
