As usual in the upcoming Safari 7s, it is East African business as the Lady rugby cranes have been drawn to meet the Kenya Lionesses on day 1, and their brothers, the Rugby cranes, will meet their nemeses, Kenya Shujaa.
Most recently, Kenya Lionesses defeated Uganda Lady Cranes 27-00 in the semi-finals of Rugby Africa Women’s Sevens, avenging the 10-05 loss from 2022 and dumping the Ugandans from the cup contention.
The Rugby Cranes 7s have been drawn to play defending champions Shujaa on day 1, in a pool with Red Wailers, SA All Stars, and Tropic 7s.
