The Finance Trust Bank FUFA Women Super League returns this weekend with Matchday 14, following a short break due to international engagements.

However, the highly anticipated clash between Lady Doves and Amus College Women Football Club, initially set for Sunday, March 2, 2025, has been postponed to a later date.

The decision came after Amus College requested a rescheduling due to the absence of three key players who are part of the Uganda U17 girls’ national team preparing for the FIFA U17 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers against Kenya.

Both clubs have been informed, and a new date for the fixture will be communicated in due course.

Currently, Amus College sits second on the table with 25 points, while Lady Doves are fourth with 21 points.

Despite the postponement, five exciting matches will take place this weekend:

Saturday, March 1, 2025

  • Kampala Queens vs. She Corporate -Phillip Omondi Stadium
  • Uganda Martyrs vs. She Maroons – St Gerald’s Playground
  • Makerere vs. Tooro Queens – Makerere Play Ground
  • Olila vs. Rines – Soroti

Sunday, March 2, 2025

  • Kawempe Muslim Vs Wakiso Hill – Kawempe Valley Playground

Meanwhile, Lady Doves’ striker Resty Kobusobozi continues to dominate the scoring charts with 10 goals and three assists from 13 matches.

On the League table, Kampala Queens still leads with 31 points, six more than Second placed Amus and Kawempe who are in third, both level on 25.
