Wanderers Cricket Club will take on bottom-placed Patidar in tomorrow’s National T20 League game at the Green Oval in Entebbe.
The side will be looking to climb up to second in their group having lost three of their opening four games.
They lost their season opener to Avengers before losing twice to Group B leaders Challengers.
However, they have an opportunity to return to winning ways as they take on Patidar who are yet to taste victory this term.
After losing to Avengers by 71 runs at the start of April, they answered back, beating them by 4 wickets.
As they take on winless side, Wanderers will fancy their chances to add to that victory as they seek to dislodge Nyakasura from the second position.
The current group standings see Wanderers placed fourth below both Avengers (3rd) and Nyakasura (2nd).
But, with the two sides out of action this weekend, Davis Karashani and his teammates can rise to second with victory.
This game is the only match in Div 1 this weekend, but Div 2 has two fixtures on its menu.
Premier Cricket Club will face Soroti City at the Lugogo Cricket Oval while JACC will meet Aziz Damani Ismaili at the Jinja SS Cricket Oval.
Like the Entebbe top-flight encounter, both games of the second division will be played on Sunday.
