Mileke Border 7s : Walukuba Barbarians Claim Glory In Border Invasion

For the first time in their history, the Walukuba Barbarians are circuit champions on the National 7s calendar.

In an unprecedented finale, Walukuba Barbarians edged table leaders, Stanbic Black Pirates, to claim the final 19-12

The Barbarians saw off Kyadondo 7s Champions, Platinum Credit Heathens, 14-10 to make their first ever final, as the Black Pirates put a stop to the Tororo Crest train.

The Black Pearls now have a firm hand on the Women’s title and will need an unfortunate collection of misfortune in the last circuit to fail to defend their crown.

The Barbarians will now go into the last circuit, in their backyard, as the team to beat.
