Masaka will host a Masaka Road another derby as Muteesa I Royal University meets St. Lawrence University for the first time in the semifinals of the 13th University Football League.
The first leg is set for April 9, with the return leg a week later.
The draw, held at Kati Kati Restaurant, also paired two-time champions Kampala University against YMCA Comprehensive Institute, with the first leg on April 7 at Buwambo Grounds.
Muteesa I Royal reached the semis by eliminating defending champions Uganda Martyrs University, while St. Lawrence overpowered Ndejje University 5-1 on aggregate.
Kampala University advanced on away goals after a 1-1 aggregate draw with Bugema University, and YMCA beat Kumi University 2-1 on aggregate.
None of the semifinalists have faced each other in the UFL before, adding unpredictability to the ties.
