Mutoola Beach Soccer Club and Kampala City Beach Soccer Club are back in action with a chance to overtake leader MUBs in the Uganda Beach Soccer League.
The league resumes on Sunday, 1st June at Bomboo Gardens Beach Soccer Arena with six fixtures on the card but the current leader will be out of action.
Kampala City will have the first chance to go on top of the league, playing in the second fixture of the day against Wolves at 1:00 pm
Kampala City is in second place behind MUBs with 35 points and a 32-goal difference, sitting just three points and four less goal difference.
Mutoola Beach shall have double chances to chase the top spot as they will have to play in the fourth and sixth games on the day.
At 3:00 pm, Mutoola Beach shall face Makindye Ssabagabo Sand Lions before facing Wolves at 5:00 pm.
After Sunday’s action, Mutoola Beach would have played 17 games, one more than both Kampala City and MUBs and possibly with 41 points if they win both clashes.
The League shall have a clash between struggling giants as Buganda Royal Institute takes on St Lawrence University at 12:00 pm.
Buganda Royal Institute will return to action at 2:00 pm against Mengo Hill, a side which will also face St Lawrence University at 4:00 pm.
