KIU Rangers, Miracle Eaglets and JT Lady Jaguars were all victorious on Wednesday night as the 2026 National Basketball League Game Week Two continued across different venues in Kampala.
At Lugogo Indoor Arena, KIU Rangers made it two wins from two games with a comfortable 55-41 victory over Angels. The Rangers took control early and never let their grip slip.
Sharon Kirabo produced a dominant performance with 18 points, 20 rebounds, five assists and three steals.
She got solid support from Racheal Nambuya (13 points) and Cinderella Charity Anena, who contributed 12 points and 13 rebounds.
For Angels, Mellisa Nantambi was the only player in double figures with 10 points.
Angels struggled from the start, taking eight minutes to score their first basket through Belindah Nakiryowa.
They trailed by 17 points in the opening quarter. Although they matched the Rangers 11-11 in the second period, they still went into halftime down by 17.
After the break, Angels managed just four points in the third quarter, falling further behind before a 24 point fourth quarter effort reduced the gap, but the result was already decided.

At YMCA Court in Wandegeya, Miracle Eaglets edged UPDF Lady Tomahawks 65-61 in an entertaining overtime clash.
The Eaglets started well, with Winfred Akello converting a three point play to hand them a 17-13 first quarter lead. They extended the advantage to 36-26 at halftime.
The Lady Tomahawks responded in the second half, improving their ball movement and cutting the deficit to 46-40 heading into the final quarter.
Moreen Atulinda hit a late jumper to tie the game at 58-58 and force overtime, though she missed a chance to win it in regulation with 20 seconds left.
In overtime, the Eaglets opened with a 7-0 run and held on for the win. Caroline Nakato scored 20 points, while Akello added 12 points and 16 rebounds. Atulinda (19 points) and Ruth Letaru (18) impressed for the Lady Tomahawks despite the loss.
At the JT Jaguars Den in Kira, JT Lady Jaguars defeated newcomers Victoria University She Crocs 58-41.
The Jaguars have now played both promoted sides this season, having opened their campaign against Pearl Queens in Game Week One.
