- JT Jaguars 57-83 Nam Blazers
Namuwongo Blazers continued their scorching start to the season with a commanding 83-57 victory over JT Jaguars on Friday evening at the Lugogo Arena. The win marks their fourth triumph of the campaign and adds yet another statement to their early-season dominance.
Having already sent shockwaves through the league by defeating heavyweights like defending champions City Oilers, Victoria Crocs, and JKL Dolphins, the Blazers showed no signs of slowing down.
Against the resilient JT Jaguars, they turned up the heat once again, this time with a full display of teamwork, defense, and attacking flair.

The Blazers exploded in the first quarter, outscoring the Jaguars 23-14, Michael Makiadi pulling off a massive buzzer-beating three-pointer.
However, they later hit a slight dip in the second as the Jaguars clawed back to make it 34-32 at halftime.
However, the break only seemed to refuel the Blazers, who returned to dominate the second half completely.
The third quarter saw the Blazers shut down the Jaguars’ offense, holding them to just 8 points while stretching their own lead to double digits with Henry Ssebagala collecting points for fun.
The fourth quarter was a masterclass in fast-paced basketball with the Blazers pouring in 29 points to seal the emphatic 26-point win with Paul Odong’s return with 46 seconds on the clock highly recognized, contributing three points.
Individually, James Okello managed to raise a double-double of (18 points and 11 rebounds) just like Makiadi, who raised (12 points and 11 rebounds)
For JT Jaguars, Mark Were scored an exceptional 21 points.
However, the collective effort and energy from Tonny Drilleba, Jimmy Enabu and Okello James was at its top, supplemented by Moses Mugisha.
Earlier on in the day, KCCA Leopards edged out KIU Rangers 73-65 with Susan Rebecca Aanyu, Margret Bagaala and Perus Nyamwenge leading from the front, all with 13 points.
