To win the Player of the Month, Nabukenya stood out with 4 goals in four games. She scored two braces against She Maroons and Amus, as she claimed two Player of the Match awards.

For the accolade, she beat teammate and Kawempe Muslim’s Goalkeeper Saidat Namwanje, who kept three clean sheets and Catherine Nagadya of Kampala Queens who had 4 goals.

At the awards held at Twed Plaza, Nakasero, Agnes Nabukenya attributed her awards to hard work, stating;

“Typically, it took rounds of hard work and also teamwork. It has been a fantastic month for me and the team, but we always need to replicate what we have done in November.”

Her Coach Ayub hailed the cohesiveness within the team,

“I am glad that I have been named the best Coach in November. I am not alone in winning this, but it has been collectiveness with many people who are not here. We have been communicating and listening to each other.”
