The 2022/23 FUFA Women Super League champions Kampala Queens FC have confirmed the signing of defender Patience Nabulobi from Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC.
The workaholic defender penned down to a three-year employment contract to become a Queen.
Nicknamed ‘Muchina’ has been Uganda Martyrs’ best defender and joins Kampala Queens with experience.
Nabulobi is well known for her commitment, winning aerial balls and solidarity.
She has won two FUFA Women’s Cup titles with She Makerere Makerere in 2019 and 2023 with Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC.
Teenager Catherine Nagadya has already signed with Kampala Queens from Uganda Martyrs Lubaga WFC and she will be unveiled soon.
The Queens of Soccer have already confirmed the signing of Fazila Ikwaput, Shakirah Nyinagahirwa, Hadijah Nandago and Samalie Nakacwa.
The Queens of soccer are under the stewardship of Tonny Mawejje who was unveiled as the assistant coach.
Kampala Queens is currently at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru preparing for upcoming CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal qualifiers slated for August this year in Uganda.
Kampala Queens FC was pitted in group A alongside Commercial Bank Of Ethiopia FC, FAD FC, Buja Queens FC and Yei Joints FC.
