Maroons Football Club held Uganda Premier League defending champions Vipers to a one-all draw at the Prizons Ground in Luzira.
Fred Amaku scored from outside the box to give Maroons a lead in the 34th minute before Captain Milton Karisa levelled matters for Vipers in the 51th minute.
The result saw Vipers move to 24 points in the second position while Maroons dropped sixth with 19 points.
