The 2024 edition of the Uganda Primary Schools Cricket mini-festival gave a platform to raising stars who showcased their talents at various venues.
Over 1000 pupils with majority barefooted took part in the competition that is a crucial pipeline in developing players for both male and female national teams.
Four regions namely; Central, Kampala, Northern, and Western region had both boys and girls teams competing in under 11 and 13 ages categories.

The winners didn’t only get the championship title over their rival schools but took trophies while every participant received certificates.
















Regional Winners
Northern; Anyafio Primary School (U11 Girls), Oli Parents Primary School (U11 Boys), Gulu Public Primary School (U13 Girls), and Gulu Baptism Primary School (U13 Boys).
Central; Kakute Primary School (U11 Girls and Boys), Edwards Masindi Primary School (U13 Girls), and Kabalega Masindi Primary School (U13 Boys).
Western; Kanjuki Primary School (U11 Girls, U11 Boys, and U13 Boys), it’s only Bulembia Primary School (U13 Girls) which stopped their clean sweep.
Kampala; Little Angels Primary School (U11 Girls), Lakeside Primary School (U11 Boys), Lugazi East Primary School (U13 Girls), and Bugonga Primary School (U13 Boys).
