Kampala Queens head coach Charles Ssenyange Nsanziro Kadidi might be on his way out after a disappointing start in the 2023 CAF Women’s Champions League Zonal Qualifiers.

Kampala Queens FC started with a convincing win beating Yei Joint Stars 3-0 with Fazila Ikwaput scoring all the three goals however, they have since lost 2-1 to Buja Queens and drawn 1-1 with C.B.E FC.

After Friday’s game against C.B.E, some of Kampala Queens players were seen crying, disappointed and down, a sign showing that they believed they’re already out of the tournament.

With just one game remaining in the group stage, Kampala Queens are second on the table with 4 points, but they are just one point ahead of third-placed Buja Queens, who have two games in hand.

Chances of Kampala Queens making it to the semifinals are very slim to the level where they can beat FAD FC with any goal margin but still fail to make it.

Now, according to our reliable sources, Kampala Queens FC president Eng. Moses Magogo is unhappy with the head coach and its believed that if the team fail to advance to the semifinals, Magogo will fire Ssenyange.

Kadidi joined Kampala Queens FC on a two-year employment contract after leaving KCCA FC to replace Hamza Lutalo who had won the league for the club.

Magogo injected a lot money, bringing in 8 new players with the goal of winning the zonal championship to become the first ever Ugandan club to play in the CAF Women’s Champions League, but now his dream looks impossible this year.

it is expected,no doubt,no investor or club president can invest such a huge amount of money and doesn’t get results and you expect him or her not to react but sincerely speaking the man needs time,he has general knowledge for football which can help our young footballers who are expecting to play professional but that’s the life of a football coach,in and out all the time,I think Engineer will one day bring his friend Ayub Khalifa to train KQ,I wish we could get coach Kadidi at Uganda Martyrs Lubaga Women Football ClubUganda
